EDGED showroom, in collaboration with FIER management, present an exciting group of emerging international fashion designers in Berlin from the 18th to the 20th of January 2012.

Berlin, January 2012 –
In its ongoing support of emerging international fashion, Berlin based EDGED will once again present fresh new talent at the EDGED showroom during Berlin Fashion Week AW 12/13.

EDGED has selected 12 up and coming fashion designers from across the globe which will be presented alongside designers selected by Fier management. The EDGED showroom will be located at Galerie Lacke Farben, Brunnenstrasse 170, Berlin, and will run from the 18th to the 20th of January from 11am to 8pm.

EDGED showroom and Fier management have come together over their shared appreciation for avant-garde and experimental, yet wearable design to showcase an impressive line up of emerging fashion designers.

This season EDGED is proud to present Birthday Suits [Germany], Juliazar [Poland], Mark & Julia [Austria], Maldoror Low Couture [Poland], Meshit [Austria], Nicola Bacchilega [Italy], Nico Sutor [Germany], Sylwia Rochala [Poland], Tata Christiane [France], Vaporetta [Germany], Wkndlvrs [Germany] and Zillmann [Germany]. The EDGED showroom will also include a special installation “We didn’t. We had. Why?” showcasing the graduate collections of five exceptional students from the University of Applied Sciences, Trier. In collaboration with EDGED showroom, Fier management will present collections from Fabric Division [Italy], Franziska Michael [Germany], KGD [Norway], Luka Maurer [Switzerland] Lupe Gajardo [Chile] and Max.Tan [singapore] and GLAW [Germany].

EDGED showroom will be launched with a press and buyers cocktail event on the 17th of January from 6pm until 8pm, followed by the opening party from 8pm until midnight. The evening will include music by DJ Nano, video art by Claire Kurylowski, and installations by Birthday Suits, Juliazar and Isabell.
