Dearest stylistberlin readers,
as you may have noticed, a lot is happening right now – be it a change in the leading muscians in the scene or be it a slow shifting amongst the DJs and producers towards another level (have a look at Oliver $ for example). The weather sucks in Berlin, but I think you all can feel the vibes of summer somehow…
For me, my thesis paper is getting a shape now and I see light at the end of the tunnel, as the Germans would say. It’s been some crazy months and Berlin almost got me. Time to take some time off for a creative ride – after Switzerland, this time it’s France. One of my oldest friends is getting married!!!
Seeing some light snow in Berlin-Mitte yesterday, it feels surreal to be at the Côte d’Azur at almost 30°C and seeing palm trees and half-naked people everywhere… Will check out Nice tomorrow and maybe find some interesting spots.. Write if you have some hidden gems here ;)
One of the best restaurants around: Mauro Colagreco’s restaurant Mirazur in Menton, right at the Italian border.
In case you are in Menton someday, check out this Michelin-star cuisine:
http://www.mirazur.fr
The five-course dinner plus numerous surprises was incredibly good. Berlin should learn from Menton how it has to be done ;p
