Edouard Morin
Born 1989 in Paris, he studied Economy and German at the University Paris X (Nanterre) and moved to Berlin in 2009 and after a short trial in mathematics in Frankfurt a.M. in 2010, he found his place in Berlin is currently studying journalism and corporate communications at HMKW-Hochschule für Medien Kommunikation und Wirtschaft (Berlin).
He wrote interviews and columns for www.crazyjack.fr, and is one of the core editors of www.stylistberlin.de since 2012 and will write for www.supernovaproject.com as well, having an own column about the Japanese electronic music scene and their labels as well as their artists.
Edouard interst range from politics, travelling to interculturality and he digs the Japanese culture and electronic music. He is hearing music (all kinds) as well as producing, mixing and collecting vinyls, and you can hear that when you attend one of his vinyl sets.
Under the moniker Dooks, he is member of the well-known crackirecords crew in Paris, and is travelling between his current residency Berlin and Paris to play at numerous parties, as he is a very gifted talent behind the vinyl decks.
One of the most important editors of stylistberlin at the moment, he has proved his talent not only behind the decks, but also through his writing skills – his latest interview with Mr.G was even reposted by Klasse Recordings Mr. Ho!
