ORIGINAL – the new hip hop party at Flamingo hosted by Schowi, Palina and Erwin

What can we expect from ORIGINAL?

We want to host a hip hop party with style, finally. People have missed good hip hop for a long time and the ladies are sick of getting hit on every two minutes.

Wir wollen endlich eine Hip Hop Party mit Stil machen. Die Leute haben lange guten Hip Hop vermisst und die Girls auch keine Lust mehr alle 2 Min angebaggert zu werden.

How often is this going to happen?

It’s going to be a weekly event. Every Fridayfrom 23h on at Flamingo.

Die Veranstaltung findet wöchentlich statt. Jeden Freitag ab 23 Uhr im Flamingo.

What is so special about ORIGINAL?

On the bigger floor, we are gathering DJs who play inspired by ne wand old streams of hip hop. On the smaller floor, good house is played, where also younger artists are going to be featured now and then.

All in all, we want to get many friends involved to maintain the concept „familiar“. In the end, our strict quality control is supposed to differentiate our party from many others.

We had the feeling that the urban club culture distanced itself from the organic sounds and we want to dare the step to the essentials.

Auf dem größeren Floor versammeln wir DJs, die inspiriert von neuen & alten Strömungen Hip Hop spielen. Auf dem Kleineren läuft guter House der gerne auch mal neue jünge Leute featured. Insgesamt wollen wir viele Freunde involvieren um das Konzept sehr familiär zu halten. Am Ende soll sich unsere strikte Quality Control von vielen anderen unterscheiden.

Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass die urbane Club Kultur sich immer mehr von den organischen Sounds entfernt hat und möchten einen Schritt zum Wesentlichen wagen.
