Hey guys,
here is some news from the street fashion scene: DOST, a new concept store for street fashion is opened and worth a visit!
Just as you thought that Berlin has said it all when it comes to fashion Mike Gukan and Michael Muller come up with a fresh new concept store just around the corner which proves that there is still room for improvement on the scene. The two of them wrote history in 2007 with their concept store LE GANG and then again with ABOVE they continued to amaze fashion conscious clientele across the city. They are now presenting to you a great successful venture with DOST (Turkish for ‘Friend’) where they managed to fuse Fashion and Progression to create fashionable street and High Street wear.
In a smart space of 90 square meters they offer, but are not limited to, the skate and surf variety of fashion, exploring an elegant interpretation of the genre. This could be viewed as Grown Up streetwear. The pair agree that their assortment, handpicked worldwide from extensive brands and presented in front of wood-paneled walls and wooden sideboards in otherwise rough concrete backdrops, needs no such definition and speaks best for itself.
The brands of sneakers and clothes on offer (constantly evolving and progressing) are; Wood Wood, Uniforms for the Dedicated, YMC, Han Kjøbenhavn, Libertine-Libertine, Won Hundred, Penfield, Vans California, Clae, SNS Herning, soul, country, velor, Stussy Deluxe, Second Female, SixpackFrance, New Balance, Nike … as well as magazines, books, gadgets and much much more.
The concept store caters to both fashionable women as well as fashion conscious men.
The shops iPad lounge feature technology for the constantly growing gadget and geek generation offering exploration of the current trends and art evolution.
